Mini bag

This mini bag is fully lined without interface. The size is 21cm (L) X 21cm (H). There is no pocket in the main compartment. Just a simple mini bag for office ladies to carry along during their lunch break if they do not want to bring along their big bags. Do you like it?

Jingle, jingle, go my coins...

For the first time, I done a machine quilted on this Yuwa fabric. Because I used a light colour thread, therefore the quilted pattern was not that obvious. The purpose of this pouch was to carry coins around. So, jingle, jingle, go my coins! I matched a light blue zip to this fabric, giving a soft feeling.

Sling bag with keyboard

Here is a sling bag with keyboard sew on the flap. There is a zip for the main compartment that comes with a pocket. I like the design of the fabric that gives an old European style. It reminds me of the Ryoal Family too. The white curling  flowers are so sweet.  This is the first time I inserted a zip for a sling bag that with flap by hand. A bit tough cos the pooking of needle into the fully interfaced bag made my finger feeling a bit pain and numb. Anway, I felt teriffic when the bag was completed.

Spot the differences

I had made these two tote bags seperately in August and early September. Can you spot the differences between them from the pictures? Clues: the music notes, the fabrics used and the zipper! Both owners prefer to have zips for their totes. One tote has the triangular side while the other has a rectangular side when they are view from their sides. I did the zips differently for both totes. One with the zip machined directly on the opening before folded. The other had its zip attached when the tote bag was completed.  Enjoy your viewing... Good day :)

One little, two liitle, three little elephants ......

When I let my sunday school helpers to choose the letter holders for their Teachers' Day gifts, most of them asked the same question: "Why choose? I thought they are the same!" Hahaha, dears, when you take a closer look, there is a BIG difference. The same pink elephant but with different decorations. Some are with flowers while some are with music notes. I think it will be quite funny if I have a game on "Spot the differences" for these letter holders that I made. What a great idea!!
