Christmas Gifts 2012

Finally, I had completed the Christmas orders (1 lunch bag, 9 tissue box covers and 14 tissue cases). Adavnce greetings to you all!!! Blessed Merry Christmas!

Not too HOT.....

 

I don't really fancy red. The things that are in red in my house are the red packets, the clothes pegs etc. But personally, I don't think I have anything in red.... However, I made myself a bag - a fabric with red prints. Hahaha... the effect looks great and I machine quilted the fabric with pink thread. I love this so much!!!!!!

Cards Holders

I had made some cards holders for cards such as EZ link cos JX had her plastic holder wore out and her student's card dropped out a couple of weeks ago. We searched the entire bus centre and shopping mall and cannot find it. So, spent $??? for another replacement. Therefore, I decided to make one for her with velco, so that the card will not drop out.

Dress Me Up

Dressed the tissue box in quilted fabric. I used two kinds of fabric - the flowerish one and the purple polka dots. Additional at the side was the black polka dots with white lace. Looked like the box was going to a party.... A sample for Christmas gift.... 

Little Pink Pongpongs

Sew two pinky pongpongs for this small sling bag which has velco at the opening. Owls and stars staring at the pongpongs ... ... Took a day to complete this small gift for a sweety birthday girl ..... a three years old girl .......

Glowing in the dark

The sky was dark and pouring heavily when I took picture of this black and white bag today. That was why there was a glowing effect among the darkness when looked at the picture. An incident happened when I made this bag. I forgot to slow down my speed when I was on the thick part of the bag, then I heard "snap", next I saw a broken needle hanging on my sewing machine. I could not find the needle anywhere, hope nobody will step on it....

 

Sing along with us ......

Come and sing along with these sweety flowers and cactus that made of coloured foam and corrugated papers. Every piece has its own special facial expression. There are magnet strips pasted behind each piece that allow it to be placed on any magnetic item. Really... singing can make one relax ...... put aside one trouble.....
